Stainer AUS2 and Coverslipper CVR

The Stainer AUS2 and Coverslipper CVR are a modular, automatic staining and coverslipping instrument with a capacity that ensures the instrument fits any laboratory.

The Stainer AUS2 has a reagent management system with less risk of contamination and an automatic drip-off system that also reduces the risk of contamination during the staining process. The instrument has continuous loading of racks that each hold 30 slides, and can stain up to 300 slides in one run using the same staining protocol.

It is possible to store 18 different protocols with up to 25 steps each, including a priority protocol. The instruments can also be used independently.

SS-30 Myr Stainer

Automated staining of slides for routine and special staining protocols. Flexible and versatile design as well as optimized staining results in histology and cytology laboratories.

SS-30 provides more staining flexibility with the ability to automatically stain different 30-slide racks with identical or different staining protocols. Up to 5 slide racks can be run simultaneously depending on protocols, loading frequency and instrument configuration, enabling the staining of up to 150 slides simultaneously. The instrument calculates the most efficient route for each rack and protocol.

Tissue processor TP-300

With a capacity of 300 samples, five paraffin containers and an easy-to-use HMI (Human Machine Interface), it ranks at the top of its category. The TP-300 is designed with a focus on sample safety and ergonomics for the operator and operates even under less-than-ideal conditions.

The fully automatic RFD system (Remote Fill and Drain) makes it possible to replace reagents in a safe, clean and simple way.

Tissue processor FTP-300

It is designed with a focus on sample safety and operator ergonomics and provides optimal performance even under less favorable conditions. The fully automatic RFD system enables the safe, clean and simple replacement of reagents.

The FTP-300 is the fastest tissue processor without microwave technology on the market today. Up to 300 biopsies can be processed safely in approximately 40 minutes. The result can be obtained using both traditional reagents and most substitutes for xylene and ethanol available on the market today.

The heating of the reagents is carried out safely during the filling into the sample chamber without delays using a patented device called EHE (Enhanced Heat Exchanger).

STP 120 Spin Tissue Processor

The Spin Tissue Processor STP 120 uses unique and patented forms of rotation, up-and-down movements, and centrifugations to achieve the best possible result of tissue processing.

The STP 120 has a capacity of 120 tissue samples or cassettes as a starting point, but it can be increased to 240. The instrument has 10 programs that can be started with or without delay. With 9 reagent and 3 paraffin containers and a temperature range of 45 to 70 °C, the STP 120 covers most laboratory needs.

Embedding station EC350

Ergonomically designed embedding station with two large drawers for, for example, cassettes or moulds on each side of the dispenser unit.

The spacious work area features a glare-free LED light and a large fixed magnifying glass. The paraffin dispenser can be operated manually or via a foot pedal and can be set to run continuously. The paraffin container has a capacity of 5 liters.

A cooling area on the work area ensures smooth operation with few and small movements. The cooling plate can be adjusted to minus 12 °C and can be placed either on the right or left side of the embedding station.

Embedding station EC500

The EC500 has the same good features as the EC350, but differs in its capacity. The EC500 has a capacity of up to 300 cassettes and is therefore particularly suitable for larger laboratories with high throughput.

M-240 semi-automatic microtome

The M-240 is a high-quality semi-automatic rotary microtome. All necessary parameters and functions can be accessed from the 7-inch color touchscreen, including cutting and trimming thickness.

The instrument has a uniquely constructed sample holder that prevents the build-up of dirt and facilitates its use. The knife holder can be pushed sideways in both directions, ensuring that the cutting edge of the knife can be fully utilized. When working with uniform tissue samples, the Memory function can be used advantageously. It automatically sets the desired saved setting before the work begins.

The waste tray is coated with a special antistatic material that makes cleaning very easy. The M-240 is also equipped with an ergonomic handwheel that ensures the user only needs minimal force during work.

M-250 fully automatic microtome

The M-250 is an evolution of the M-240 with all the qualities that the M-240 has, but now with the possibility of fully automatic operation, where user safety is also a focus.
