Clinical Chemistry Instruments

INDIKO / INDIKO Plus
INDIKO and INDIKO Plus are open, automated clinical chemistry instruments with a wide range of applications and excellent analytical performance for colorimetric, enzymatic and electrochemical measurements. Both are bench-top instruments and come with the necessary accessories (PC, mouse, keyboard and touch screen), thus providing a plug and analyze solution.
The instruments have an integrated platform for two measurement methods, photometry and electrochemistry, which can be run in parallel and as a random access analyzer. The electrochemical module (ISE) performs direct measurements of Na, K and Cl. Additionally, it is possible to analyze several types of analyses on a single sample. This ensures a natural flow, also for special analyses such as specific proteins, toxicology (DOA) and TDM. In addition to these, there is a special palette of analyses within VET tests.
INDIKO has an analysis capacity of up to 350 tests per hour depending on the model, and is supplied with an electrode module (ISE) capable of up to 135 ISE tests per hour.
Because each analysis uses only extremely small amounts of reagent, the solution is both cost-effective and environmentally friendly in terms of less waste and less waste.
INDIKO and INDIKO Plus are open instruments. If analyses are desired outside the fixed reagent range, they can be implemented based on an IFU or an application proposal from the supplier. See reagents for clinical chemistry.

RANDOX
The RX series includes instruments for the world’s largest clinical chemistry test palette. The RX series consists of semi-automated instruments with small test capacity to large fully automated instruments. In the series, there are the RX Misano with the world’s leading semi-automated test menu, the RX Monaco and RX Daytona+ as fully automated benchtop models, as well as the RX Imola and RX Modena with a test capacity of up to 1200 tests per hour.
The Evidence series includes instruments based on immunoassay and molecular diagnostics, which together form the Biochip Array Technology. The series includes, among others, Evidence MultiSTAT and Evidence Investigator, which are automated benchtop models used for multi-analysis of platforms in fields such as toxicology, drug of abuse, and more. The Biochip technology enables the release of up to 3640 screening results in just one hour.
VivaLytic is a platform for molecular diagnostics that can test both Hi-Plex and Lo-Plex. With nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification and a range of detection methods, a fully automated platform is created. With the large test palette, it is possible to analyze with the multiplex technology for diseases such as respiratory diseases such as coronavirus and influenza, chronic lung diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, urinary tract infections and MRSA. VivaLytic weighs only 15 kg and can therefore be placed outside the laboratory.
Discovery is a fully automatic platform for molecular and immunoassay analysis. Discovery consists of three modules: Module I for DNA/RNA extraction, Module II for multiplex PCR, and Module III for BioChip hybridization and detection.
DIESTRO V4r
DIESTRO V4r is a fully automatic instrument for the analysis of automated ionized calcium. The instrument is supplied with a cap-piercing autosampler with space for 39 samples.
The instrument can be supplied with exactly the electrodes that suit the laboratory’s needs: Na+, K+, Cl-, Ca2+, Li, pH and Ca2+ at pH 7.4. The analysis time is extremely fast, with the results being released in as little as 1 minute for e.g. pH, Ca2+ and Ca2+ at pH 7.4.

ISE calibration pack
The ISE calibration pack is a closed system where all liquids after analysis are stored in a closed waste container. The pack contains all the necessary reagents as well as electrode cleaning liquid and strips for an estimated 1,000 analyses. It is stored at room temperature and has a minimum shelf life of 1 year.
At approximately 100 samples per day, the lead time for the electrodes is approximately 1 year. The electrodes can also be stored at room temperature and can be replaced by the laboratory itself.
For the solution, recommended control ampoules are available in 3 levels. The closed ampoule ensures a stable pH.
FREND 2.0™ System
FREND 2.0™ is a quantitative immunoassay analytical instrument that uses disposable cassettes for in vitro diagnostic results.
FREND 2.0™ is the new and improved model of FREND™ with an interface that provides a more intuitive and user-friendly experience with simplified navigation and more clear menus, making it easier to access the most important features. At the same time, faster data processing enables faster data analysis and the generation of results.

Some analyses require sample preparation. This is handled by an automated pretreatment module (AP), which fully automatically incubates and dilutes the sample.
